amazing, amazing, amazing
The pool area was beautifully designed and perfect for lounging. I loved the traditional vibes of my One-Bedroom Bungalow with fine ocean views. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a amazing variety of hot and cold options every morning.
would recommend 🏖️🌟

Delightful hotel with exceptional service and stunning location so close to Cay Bang restaurant for lunch or dinner as well as a so-called office building. Modern room, decent sized with garden view👍😃

Slept in the cheaper part of the hotel [across the street, about 100m from the beach], but the room was very comfortable, clean, big and cosy. Definitely the best value for the money. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast incredible - huge choice of meals and drinks. The location is perfect, at the beautiful and clean beach [which is not in the whole Mui Ne], beautiful swimming pool in tropical garden. Definitely recommend it!!!!!!

The spa facilities provide a nice touch for relaxation, complemented by a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast options were varied enough to fill you up for the day, with a notable spread of both Western and local dishes.
Getting into the room took longer than expected. We had to wait an hour past check-in while the staff cleaned. Ants were an issue in the second room we were offered, and noise from the nightclub across the road made it tough to sleep. The gym could use better ventilation as it lacked air conditioning.

The restaurant is really good, serving fresh and delicious meals daily. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We were especially grateful for the complimentary dinner included in our room fee.
Check-in was a bit slow, and while the beach has barriers that limit swimming space, the charm of the area still shines through.

Nice room, even though we were across the street from the actual hotel and beach.
The receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. We were going to stay another night but she was going to charge us more than the first night so we went to Alezboo Resort which was amazing!

Fantastic bungalow looking out to he ocean and situated in the most exquisite garden setting.
I found the reception staff a little less welcoming than what I had grown to exptect from experiences at other hotels in Vietnam. Their lack of English probably contributed to this.I Did not find the internet usage acceptable...I Was required to leave the resort and cross the road to access the internet and then that did not always work. For such an incredibly well facilitated resort I expected a better service in that regard.

great spot for exploring local dining and attractions
my stay at this resort was fantastic because it's just a few steps to local restaurants like Thinh's Restaurant & Bar and only around 500 meters to the beautiful Plage de Tu Lum, making it super easy to stroll around and soak up the city vibes.

Beautiful garden and beach, well maintained.
The staff, especially in the reception, is the most unpleasant I have ever experianced. If you are a solo female traveller, don't go to this hotel! I get that in the traditional, conservative Vietnam, solo female travellers are maybe not the most common thing. However, I do espect the staff of a resort like this to be more polite and helpful. I experienced far better service and attitude at much cheaper hotels. A few examples - they offer tours in the reception, I asked if I could join one of them or if it could be arranged, the receptionist looked at me and laughed - for only one person? No, but I can call you a taxi. Then, upon check out - had to check out at 11.30. my transport back to HCMC was at 13.30. In order to use the chairs at the pool or beach, you have to have the blue towel from the hotel. I asked kindly if I could borrow one for two hours, since it was over 30Celsius, and kind of hot to wander around, but no, this was not possible. Seriously, this kind of attitude is very poor for a 4star resort. Please choose one of the other resorts at Mui Ne.

Just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in Phan Thiet with good value for price. Breakfast was really great, really satisfied with the variety and quality. Make sure to ask for help crossing the street to the pool area.
